WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We sell online, every day! Lizzie doesn’t have a brick and mortar shop. You can find her from October - April at local farmers markets. And you can find Lizzie’s Lights in the wild at some of our Stockists locations.

WHY SOY?
We choose to use 100% American grown soy, because we think that matters. Soy candles burn much cleaner and with a longer burn-life. And we are an American small business, so buying materials from other American businesses is what we strive to do!

DO YOU OFFER VOLUME DISCOUNTS?
Yes, we offer discounts for small and large volume orders. Please email us your request for specific pricing.

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes. We offer private labeling, wholesale and bulk orders. We can also help to customize a scent to your boutique or brand!

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Shipping is available to all 50 states.
Lizzie also offers local delivery and pickup.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept returns at this time. Should your candle arrive broken, please email us (hello@lizzieslights.com) with your order number, a clear picture of the damage upon receiving it, and we take care of it!
