We know that you will love our candles. You know you will too, so returns won’t even be necessary!
…but, every so often something goes wrong. Each candle is hand-poured by a human, and we understand that humans sometimes make mistakes.
We do not refund for candles in which you do not prefer the scent. Check out our Baby Lights if you are unsure that you may or may-not love a scent, as they are the smallest size!
We do exchange/refund for candles that are broken during shipment. Should this happen to you, please contact us via email (email@example.com) within 24 hours of receiving your candle. In the email, please include your order # and photographs of the packaging/candle. Also, please specify if you would like to be refunded for your candle (less shipping cost - you would be able file a claim with the shipping carrier) or have a new one, of the same scent/size shipped to you at no cost!
